Southside Electric Cooperative will have a planned power outage on Monday, October 19

Southside Electric Cooperative will have a planned power outage on Monday, October 19, to repair a damaged, splitting crossarm found during a regular inspection of SEC’s utility poles. The damaged crossarm is in Dinwiddie County, near Lake Chesdin. Approximately 2,750 residential members and 70 businesses will be affected.
